Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress directly on the UPS website. You can also find this tracking information within your account order history.

Delivery Process & Instructions
UPS drivers will deliver your package to the address provided during checkout. For most services, a signature may not be required. The driver will typically leave the package in a secure location at your delivery address. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the package if possible.

Managing Your Delivery
Through the UPS tracking page, you may have options to manage your delivery, such as redirecting to a different address (like a UPS Access Point for pickup) or scheduling a specific delivery date, depending on the service level and location. Please note that some management options may incur additional fees charged directly by UPS.

Potential Delays

International Shipments & Customs
For orders delivered outside the country, UPS will handle customs clearance. Any applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the original shipping charges. UPS may contact you directly for payment to clear customs before final delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend first checking with neighbors or other members of your household. If the package remains missing, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team promptly for assistance, and we will work with UPS to resolve the issue.
